HOMY presented VICOT GAHP in two events held by FortisBC in Surrey and Nanaimo on September 28 and October 5, 2022. The events focused on introducing Gas Absorption Heat pump (GAHP) technology and its advantages compared with common boilers to contractors and consulting engineers. GAHP extracts thermal energy from the air, and the system’s efficiency can reach up to 140%. FortisBC supports GAHP by providing incentives for both residential and commercial projects.
